This is a monthly series which will provide an opportunity for CUMC junior faculty members to build their skills, get support in their career development efforts, and form a community of individuals in a similar career stage. Each session is offered twice in two duplicate sections to accomodate faculty members' schedules.

As a result of this program, junior faculty members should have a better understanding of how to form career plans, what the expectations of a Columbia University faculty member are, and how to achieve this.  Faculty will learn valuable skills that will guide them through the process of becoming a successful CUMC faculty member.
