About the Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs is comprised of a number of related units:

  • The Office of Faculty Affairs, the administrative arm of Academic Affairs, handles all faculty-related processes - including faculty recruitment, appointment, and promotion.

  • The Office of Faculty Professional Development provides support and guidance to the faculty about issues of career development.

  • The Office of International Affairs works with all faculty who need assistance with issues pertaining to visas and related documentation.

  • Compliance with University-wide policies concerning conflicts of interest are also handled under the umbrella of Academic Affairs.
