As of January 1st, 2009, there is a new P&S COI Policy that specifically addresses two critical areas particularly relevant to P&S: clinical care and medical education, while reinforcing the general principles set forth in University policies. This new policy does not replace other COI policies, but rather adds to the existing policies which address issues of COI in research, self-dealing, and other areas. All full- and part- time P&S faculty must adhere to the new policy and complete the new annual disclosure by logging in to RASCAL.
