Columbia University Medical Center Facilities installs, replaces and services locks.

The fee for lock service is based on an hourly labor rate (link to “CUMC FM Service Rates”), plus the cost of materials.

PLEASE NOTE:
For safety and security reasons, locks may NOT be installed that are not keyed off the Master Key System. If you need a lock that is not on the system due to unusual security requirements, you must obtain approval from Public Safety and provide a copy of the key.
