Columbia University Medical Center Facilities Management will maintain and replace furniture in classrooms scheduled and controlled by the Registrar's Office.

There is no charge for maintenance and replacement of furniture in classrooms.

A fee for maintenance and replacement of furniture used in administrative and research spaces is charged based on an hourly rate plus the cost of materials.
