If you are hosting a Special Event, Columbia University Medical Center Facilities offers custodial services, such as cleaning (prior to, during and following event, coat check attendants, supplying additional waste and recycling containers, and stand-by service (eg, lavatory maintenance) as well as labor services, including, but not limited to: furniture moving (delivery, set-up, breakdown, removal), providing white sign stanchions and setting up flags/banners. These are chargeable services

Fees for custodial and labor services for special events are charged based on an hourly rate, plus the cost of materials.
