Cleaning - Public Area, Lounge & Corridor
Cleaning of public areas, lounges and corridors is a common cost service and happens "automatically" as part of routine custodial maintenance. The following services are performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 4:00 PM and 12:30 AM.

| Empty all wastebaskets and other trash receptacles. Remove trash to designated areas. | Daily (M-F) |
| Dust all areas within hand-high reach - window sills, wall edges, chairs, desks, tables, file cabinets, etc. | Daily (M-F) |
| Spot-clean glass on entrance doors and display cabinets, all doors, frames, and light switches. | Daily (M-F) |
| Damp wipe table- and desktops. | Daily (M-F) |
| Damp wipe floor spillages. | Daily (M-F) |
| Thoroughly clean elevators, including floors, walls, and saddles. | Daily (M-F) |
| Clean and disinfect public phone booths. | Daily (M-F) |
| Clean and disinfect drinking fountains. | Daily (M-F) |
| Remove chewing gum and other foreign matter from floor. | Daily (M-F) |
| Spot vacuum high-traffic areas. | Daily (M-F) |
| Sweep and damp mop corridors and stairwells. | Weekly |
| Spot clean all vertical surfaces not done on a daily basis. | Weekly |
| Remove scuff marks from kick-plates. | Weekly |
| Thoroughly vacuum all carpeting and clean floors. | Weekly |
| Wash entrance door glass. | Weekly |
