Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
*After 5 p.m. on weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends and University holidays, calls to 212-305-HELP (4357), Option 3 are forwarded to the CUMC IT 5-HELP desk. After hours calls that require immediate attention are forwarded to Public Safety.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For situations that require immediate attention, call the Facilities Management Customer Service Center immediately at 305-HELP (4357) and select option 3, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All other times, call Public Safety at 305-8100 for routine matters or 305-7979 for an on-campus emergency.
