2014-2015 Request to Transfer Application Available Oct. 1-Jan. 15

Beginning October 1st, residents looking to transfer to another on-campus residential unit may submit a Request to Transfer application. To submit a transfer application, visit the Office of Housing Services. Once the application is submitted, students will be placed on a waiting list. Once a student's choice is available, he or she will be able to view the room.

Please note filing an application for transfer does not guarantee that the request will be approved; transfers are granted depending on unit availability, number of applicants, and individual eligibility considerations. For all leaseholders that wish to transfer, you must maintain CUMC apartment housing for one year. Transfer applications are available on October 1 through January 15, annually.

To participate in any housing process students must be fulltime matriculated at the Medical Center, must have maintained all terms and conditions of your contract, and must be in good financial standing with the University.
