Certificates of Fitness (COF) Renewal Requirements

The NYC Fire Department (FDNY) issues Certificates of Fitness (COF) for various hazardous occupations and work activities conducted within New York City. Certificates of Fitness are required by law and enforced by FDNY. There are new renewal requirements for several COFs held by many Facilities staff.
