Anna Getselman joined CUMC on November 1st, 2012 as Executive Director at Augustus C. Long Health Sciences Library. Anna joined Columbia University Medical Center with over 14 years of experience in the Health Sciences field and more than 20 years in the academic libraries. Most recently, she worked for six years as Associate Director of the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library at Emory University, directing services and branch libraries. Prior to that, Anna served for eight years at the Harvard Medical School’s Countway Library of Medicine as Assistant Director for Reference and Education Services. Anna started her career at Sterling Memorial Library at Yale University, with positions at Manuscripts & Archives and Epidemiology & Public Health Library.
