The Genomics Core at Columbia University Medical Center offers comprehensive services to support your research needs related to genomics. We also provide consultation in design of genetic studies and assistance with data analysis.

SNP Genotyping and CNV Analysis:

  • Whole genome SNP genotyping based on Affymetrix GeneChips
  • Whole genome SNP genotyping based on Illumina BeadArrays
  • Human linkage analysis based on Illumina Human SNP linkage panel (6090 loci)
  • Mouse linkage analysis and congenic strain construction based on Illumina Mouse SNP
    Low Density (377 loci) and Medium Density (1449 loci) panels
  • MHC region mapping based on Illumina MHC SNP panel (2360 loci)
  • Custom SNP genotyping at various multiplex levels (individual to 1536-plex)
