Salaries for residents and fellows at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital are revised annually. 

Salaries for the academic year are as follows:

In addition, a housing stipend of $3000 is given to each resident.

Additional departmental benefits include funding for:

  • American Board of Radiology examination fees (physics, written, and oral examinations.)
  • Book fund
  • AFIP course tuition and $1800 housing stipend.
  • Coverage for travel and meeting expenses associated with academic presentations.
  • Membership in the New York Roentgen Ray Society. All residents attend the NYRS lecture series, which runs monthly from from Fall through Spring
