Clinical and Research Interests:

Dr. Kawut’s research interests include the determinants and prediction of outcome for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension and for patients who are undergoing lung transplantation. He has received research support from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute and the Office of Clinical Trials at Columbia University.
