Division of Pulmonary, Allergy
and Critical Care Medicine
Faculty
and Fellows
The Division of Pulmonary,
Allergy, and Critical Care, is one of the largest in the Department of
Medicine. Over 40 physicians and faculty members specialize in clinical areas encompassing
emphysema, pulmonary hypertension, lung transplant, lung cancer, cystic
fibrosis, sleep apnea, asthma, respiratory allergy, and medical critical care
medicine. Our faculty also engages in research and clinical trials in the
fields of immunology, microbiology, and pulmonary disease.
Division faculty conduct basic
science research in different areas of lung and respiratory function; provide
clinical services throughout the various Columbia University and affiliated pulmonary
centers; and maintain private practices.
