Directions to Our Offices

We are located on the 5th floor of the Neurological Institute, which is on the southwest corner of 168th Street and Fort Washington Avenue in Manhattan. Streetside parking is intermittently available. A more reliable option is to park in the garage at 165th Street and Fort Washington Avenue or to use valet parking in the Milstein Hospital Building, adjacent to the Neurological Institute.

Some of the practitioners in the Center for Peripheral Nerve Surgery also maintain satellite offices in downtown Manhattan and in New Jersey, to maximize convenience for patients during their visits.
