Dr. Gallagher, as a former chief resident, is very skilled in clinical management of patients and continues to serve as an attending for our residents. She is involved in clinical research protocols, conferences, and rounds. She is the PI on an ongoing study assessing change in bone markers, body composition, and growth parameters in children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia who are treated with growth hormone and GnRH agonists. She is the current Director of the Pediatric Endocrine Testing which receives referrals from the tri-state area and supervises over 200 tests yearly. She serves as an advisor for the Virtual Preceptor Program in the Department of Pediatrics. She is Board certified in Pediatric Endocrinology.
