Education and support

Knowledge and understanding are critical to effective health management. To improve women's insight into their circumstances and opportunities, the Center offers a variety of specialized programs, lecture series and support groups. They include:

• Additional Education–The Center also conducts Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for physicians and other healthcare professionals, as well as educational seminars for the public.
• Clearing House for Information on Menopause–The latest up-to-date information on menopause and hormonal problems can be obtained by calling 1-900-678-MENO (6366).
• center-for-menopause.com provides timely information on new clinical trials, opinions of center doctors and upcoming programs.
• Newsletters are published weekly.
