Dr. Linda S. Mullen is Director of Women's Mental Health and Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry in OB/GYN at Columbia University and the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, where she completed her residency training in psychiatry, and fellowships in both psychiatric education and psychotherapy research. She is also on the faculty of the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, where she completed her psychoanalytic training, and maintains a large clinical practice devoted to the care of women. Dr. Mullen has been especially interested in the treatment of women in relation to their reproductive health, and specializes in the treatment of psychiatric and psychological problems related to infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, and pre-menstrual and menopausal syndromes. She is the author of a number of articles in psychiatry, and the recipient of numerous awards for her clinical work, research and teaching.
