The School and Alumni Association sponsor many events each year, from the Annual Reunion each May- to Wine and Cheese receptions for students, faculty, and alumni – to regional receptions with the Dean. Please make every effort to attend as many of these wonderful collaborative opportunities as possible.
The mission of the School of Nursing Alumni Association of Columbia University School of Nursing and Presbyterian Hospital is to support the School of Nursing and its alumni, and to further alumni involvement with the school and fellowship among alumni. All alumni are members of the Alumni Association, which is led by a Board of Directors and Officers and governed by By-Laws.
All alumni are encouraged to volunteer and there are many avenues to do so. Volunteering is a wonderful way of keeping in touch with classmates and stay connected with the School of Nursing.
The School’s Career Resource center offers career information, resume writing assistance, job opportunities and career assistance contacts with fellow alumni.
|Support the School
Gifts to the School of Nursing’s Annual Fund support student scholarships and help ensure that the School is able to enroll the best possible nursing students. Other gifts support programs, student global exchanges, financial aid, and educational simulation equipment, for example. Ways to give include gifts of cash, securities, planned giving, and matching company gifts.
