Application Fee & Waiver Information

The application fee is non-refundable. Applicants are responsible to complete the application by the deadline to be reviewed. Application fee waivers are reviewed on a case by case basis. Applicants must make a request at least a month prior to the deadline and submit documentation of financial constraints to the Admissions Office. Please complete the form (Application Fee Waiver Form) and submit it via e-mail to nursing@columbia.edu with Application Fee Waiver in the subject line.

The Housing Office provides on-campus housing for as many incoming students as possible. Although not guaranteed, every effort is made to provide housing to students who are coming to the university and live outside the metropolitan area.
