The Columbia University Medical Center campus consists of the College of Physicians & Surgeons, the Mailman School of Public Health, the College of Dental Medicine, the School of Nursing, and the Graduate School (Basic Sciences). New York–Presbyterian is the largest hospital in New York, and one of the most comprehensive and respected academic hospitals in the world, with leading specialists in every field of medicine, and 2,200 patient beds serving a vast and varied population. Starting July 2011, Columbia Neurology Residents have rotated on the neurology consultation services at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In turn, Neurology Residents at Weill Cornell have rotated on the Neurology Consultation Service at Columbia University Medical Center.
This partnership between these two leading Neurology Residency Programs provides a rich educational experience for all residents, exposing them to unique clinical opportunities, a broad range of outstanding academic conferences, and the finest clinicians and educators at both prestigious institutions.
