SEROLOGY

ELISA machine ELISA plate

The laboratory is located on 19th Floor of Black building, Room 1913.

A panel of rodent virus and bacterial agent diagnosis are conducted in our laboratory using   ELISA. Positive samples are send to another laboratory for reconfirmation.  A
3 agent panel (3 Test consisting of MHV, EDIM & MPV), a 4 agent test (4 T Panel, consisting of (EDIM, MHV, MPV & GD-VII) and full panel of 13 agents (MHV, EDIM, MPV, MVM, GD-VII, Sendai, CARB, MPUL, REO, PVM, LCMV, MAD, Mouse ectromelia virus) are tested. 

Submission

Serum tubes Centrifuge

The laboratory is located on 19th Floor of Black building, Room 1913. For 3T and 4T tests we need 100 µl of diluted serum (1:4) and for full panel we need 200 µl. If you want to do individual agents please call in advance to discuss pricing and collection procedure.
