CELL LINE TESTING/ BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS FOR PATHOGENS

testing 1 testing 2

The cell lines/ biological materials for inoculation into rodents must be screened for viruses or mycoplasma which can be infectious in animals and humans leading to the risk of human health. The test is a panel of PCR based assays that will detect murine and some selected human pathogens, IMPACT (Infectious Microbe PCR AmplifiCation Test). Submit 5-10 Million cells in a vial with Dry Ice for shipping. We ship to a laboratory with which we have an account for testing infectious agents in Mouse/Rat/Hamster cell lines. Multiple profiles are available and can be requested. The results will be available by 5 business days.  We prefer to ship the cell lines on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or telephone. To select the profile click: CellLinePathogenTestingProfiles
