Why is there no sixth floor in the Black Building?
Black Building denizen Rich Olsen suggests, "There is no sixth floor in the Black building because there is no sixth floor in the hospital. Why might this be you may ask? I was told that there is no sixth floor in the hospital because there was a concern that people (especially those with a limited understanding the English language) might confuse sixth floor with "sick floor" and no one wants to be on the sick floor.
