    9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    The Substance Treatment and Research Service (STARS) provides confidential treatment for users of cocaine, heroine, and marijuana. Experienced psychiatrists, psychologists and other clinicians on staff perform complete psychiatric and medical evaluations. Patients are provided treatment medication and individual psychotherapy. There is no charge to the patient for evaluation, medication or therapy.
