WE CARE provides preventive dental care for patients infected with HIV/AIDS who do not have access to primary dental care. The program makes dental care convenient and accessible by providing dental services at places where patients receive medical and supportive services for HIV/AIDS. It conducts family-centered programs by providing screening, referrals for treatment and follow-up for HIV infected parents and their children. In addition, the program offers accessible early intervention and preventive services, examination and proper oral health self-care, referrals for comprehensive care, case management and follow-up, recall examinations and ongoing preventive services in a non-judgmental approach to care in partnership with patients.
