Rose, MD, Chairman, Department of Surgery, Columbia University, 1994-2008." The event featured 22 presentations by past and present Department of Surgery faculty and had more than 100 attendees. As three generations of Columbia surgeons came together, retired faculty interacted with surgeons they mentored and taught, while residents and fellows had the opportunity to see their teachers present. Reclaiming Healthy Intimacy, Passion and Pleasure
Hosted by The Women's Sexual Health Foundation, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and Columbia University Medical Center, this popular community event is now in its third year. Attracting members of the public as well as the healthcare community, this year's event honored Andrew Schorr from the healthcare website patientpower.info, which aired a live radio broadcast of the entire event. Several clinical experts in the field presented at the event, followed by a question-and-answer session with the entire audience. Speakers made the group comfortable discussing a sensitive subject.
