Title	Advanced Endovascular Training

Description	Hospital-based clinical training program in catheter-based interventions for Peripheral Arterial Disease. Phase I includes case observation, didactic education, wet and dry lab, and simulator training. Phase II and III are 2- Day "Hands On" courses designed specifically with the participants credentialing and specific needs in mind.

The Endovascular Preceptorship Program

Title	The Endovascular Preceptorship Program
Date	Three months (quarterly)

Description	The Endovascular Preceptorship Program is a three-month mini-fellowship providing hands-on training for physicians in all types of catheter-based interventions for non-cardiac vascular disease. Trainees typically perform over 100 catheter-based interventions as the primary operator, including carotid stenting, viseral angioplasty, lower extremity subintimal angioplasty, abdominal and thoracic aortic stent grafting, thrombolysis and coil embolization. Procedures are performed at both the Cornell and the Columbia campuses.

Vascular Surgery Case Conference

Title	Vascular Surgery Case Conference

Location	NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center
Description	Videoconference between the Columbia and Cornell campuses for physicians, vascular surgery fellows, residents, physician assistants and nurses. Includes lectures and case presentations. Topics include challenging vascular and endovascular surgery cases as well as lectures on vascular pathophysiology and vascular non-invasive lab studies. Includes monthly journal club.
