The Billing Compliance HOTLINE The Billing Compliance HOTLINE – 305-7739 (7-7739) is available to assist departmental billing personnel and faculty who wish to communicate confidential concerns related to professional billing. Callers can remain anonymous. However, sufficient pertinent information is necessary to allow the issue to be addressed. Information needed includes name of the department or division, dates of service, place of service, correspondence received from insurance companies, and any other information that would allow the Office for Billing Compliance to effectively investigate. All information will be held in the strictest confidence. In addition to the HOTLINE, the Billing Compliance staff is available at 305-3842 (7-3842) to answer questions and to provide assistance.
