Web-based Education Program The web-based education billing compliance and documentation program is available for all physicians, residents and billing staff. These individuals have been assigned unique and confidential identifiers and passwords to access the program. These identifiers are available through the clinical departmental administrators. http://learn.caim.yale.edu/hcfa/columbia/ The program is available 24 hours a day from any personal computer with Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher.
