The 24-hour HOTLINE telephone number is 305-7739 (Ext. 77739). Calls to the HOTLINE will be held in strict confidence. Callers may wish to identify themselves or may remain anonymous. However, total anonymity may not be possible in all cases. If not planning to leave your name, please provide sufficient information that will be necessary to conduct an inquiry. Such information may include claims involved, dates of service, and type of service. The Billing Compliance Office will typically respond within one business day.
