Dr. Kleber is the Director of the Division on Substance Abuse at the NYS Psychiatric Institute. He has been in the substance abuse field for over thirty-five years and is the author of over two-hundred scientific articles and books on this subject. Dr. Kleber is an international expert on the treatment of opiate dependence and is listed in Best Doctors in America and New York City.

Jeanne Manubay, M.D.
Medical Director, Buprenorphine Program
Dr. Manubay trained in family medicine at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA. She completed a Substance Abuse Fellowship at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and is ASAM certified and Board certified in Family Medicine.

Program Manager
Ms. Yango is pursuing a second career in clinical social work with a specialization in substance abuse. She focuses her energies on guiding and supporting patients through their Program visits, and can provide compassionate, state-of-the-art counseling to patients who would like to pursue additional treatment.
