The Pain Medicine Center at Columbia has been in existence for over thirty years and has established a tradition of combining first class clinical care with state-of-the-art cutting edge approaches. Our doctors are fellowship trained, board certified in Pain Medicine, highly skilled in pain procedural management and with expertise in each of the programs offered by the Center. The programs are:

Acute Perioperative Interventional Pain Service

Outpatient Chronic Pain Medicine Service

Pediatric Pain Service

In each of our programs, we evaluate and treat a variety of acute and chronic pain conditions ranging from non-malignant pain to cancer pain in both adults and children. Our goals are to alleviate pain and suffering in the patient and to help the patient and the family develop   strategies that facilitate the resumption of a useful and productive life. Toward this end, we believe in a team approach and use a variety of medical, interventional and behavioral techniques. Our referral process is simple for both the patient and the referring physician.  Please contact us for information and appointments.
