How to Apply for the Nephrology Fellowship

Thank you for you interest in the Nephrology Fellowship Training Program at Harlem Hospital Center. Applications are being accepted for fellowship year beginning October 1st, 2 years prior the anticipated start date of the fellowship.

The Application Process
You should apply for the Nephrology Fellowship Program at Harlem Hospital Center through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Your application should include a minimum of three letters of recommendation, medical transcripts and other supporting credentials (i.e. ECFMG, USMLE certificates, etc.)

Once you have applied to the Nephrology Fellowship Program at Harlem Hospital Center, selected candidates will be invited to interview with our faculty, fellows and staff.
